ADDITOL® dry CF 103 is the latest generation Cobalt free drier that allows fast dry in alkyd resin based systems. On top of high class performance in the paints and coatings world, the new drier provides effective and quick drying in highly natural oil based stains and impregnations as well as air drying inks. It is designed to perform in waterborne, solvent-borne, HS and UHS as well as solvent free systems. Due to the absence of solvents it comes with a high flash point and allows handling in areas with high safety measures. ADDITOL dry CF 103 provides high efficient drying in recipes that hold a high content of bio based oils and allows long term performance and less skinning tendency in paint, stain and inks formulations.

The ADDITOL® dry CF series of cobalt free driers was developed to be universal in use for solventborne, waterborne, high solids and ultra-high solids paint systems. They provide very fast surface and through drying, good hardness development, corrosion properties and have excellent storage stability in a formulated paint.

Combine hardness and through drying properties

The ADDITOL® VXW 4940 N, is a lead-free cobalt based, nonylphenol ethoxylate free combination drier that is suitable for water-dilutable, oxidatively drying paints and inks. It is recommended for drying alkyd resin emulsions, since homogeneous distribution provides quick drying and above all good drying stability is attained. It can also be used for acylic-alkyd hybrid systems.

Ideal when added to your oxidatively drying alkyd resin paints

The ADDITOL® XW 6533 is a cobalt-free, water-emulsifiable combination drier. It contains a balanced metal combination which is necessary for optimized oxidative drying. It generates a good set-drying combined with an even through-drying when used as a siccative to any waterborne oxidatively drying alkyd paint.

The TEXIDRY™ series is a line of single metal driers created for maximum customization. Depending on your formulation needs, you can combine the calcium-, cobalt-, zinc-, or zirconium-based driers in varying concentrations to suit your application.
