Our innovative dual cure resin system EBECRYL® 4900 and EBECRYL® 4950 is an excellent option for 3D thermoforming parts. It is tack-free after solvent evaporation and allows 300% elongation before UV cure without compromising the film performance.

Waterborne adhesive for foils & films

With more and more industries turning to plastic film coatings, adhesion to different plastic substrates is very important. Our DAOTAN® products (highlighted below in this page) are low VOC water-borne systems with a great balance between block and heat resistance and have excellent adhesion to plastic substrates. Melamines resin for high performance foils and films

Melamine resins are used in acrylic and other liquid coatings systems to provide protective layers on paper, board stock, filtration media and other laminate types using a variety of applications techniques in order to economically provide high performing surface protection and appearance properties. CYMEL© 385 is one such resin used for these applications - it is fully soluble in water and provides fast cure properties resulting in high film hardness and low formaldehyde release during cure.
