UCECOAT® 7788 is a tin and VOC‐free radiation‐curable polyurethane dispersion developed for industrial Wood and Furniture applications. It offers a unique combination of versatility, stability and performance/cost ratio.
UCECOAT® 7788 is characterized by best‐in class value‐in‐use properties such as drying behavior and dispersion stability. Further it offers a good balance in elasticity, hardness and toughness resulting in an excellent coin resistance. Coatings based on UCECOAT® 7788 are tack‐free before cure, offering ease of use without compromising on esthetical aspect.
Finally, its novel and unique polymer design offers a wide compatibility with other polymer chemistries as acrylics or even alkyds, enabling formulators to explore new blending combinations off the beaten track.
