Resinas isentas de bisfenol A (BPA)

Com a crescente conscientização do consumidor e regulamentação que proíbe o uso de BPA em embalagens e recipientes, nossos produtos isentos de bisfenol A (BPA) são desenvolvidos para atender ou exceder os requisitos da maioria das aplicações com um custo semelhante. Nosso EBECRYL® 876 pode atender o desempenho de epóxi em aplicações OPV (over print varnishes, vernizes de sobreimpressão). E os nossos poliésteres clorados EBECRYL® 416, 417, 418 e 441 são isentos da adição deliberada de BPA, tornando-os uma ótima alternativa verde.

Tecnologias de cura por energia (UV/EB) já fizeram avanços significativos de uso em aplicações não alimentares devido às diversas vantagens (por exemplo: alto brilho, excelentes propriedades de resistência, alta velocidade de impressão, secagem ou cura rápida, sem VOCs e sistema de custo baixo). As preocupações usuais ao utilizar tintas de impressão UV em embalagens de alimentos são o odor e a transferência de gosto, migração das resinas e de foto iniciadores existentes, bem como a presença de produtos químicos preocupantes. Para resolver todas as preocupações acima mencionadas, a allnex oferece resinas de baixa migração como as resinas EBECRYL® LEO.
