Product  Description
Lantor Soft Cores
Coremat®XM
Coremat® XM is made with a non-dissolvable binder and has hexagon shaped cells, creating a honeycomb-like structure in the final laminate.  Coremat® XM is very soft when dry and keeps its integrity when impregnated with resin.
  • Non-dissolvable binder
  • Smooth honeycomb-like structure inside the final laminate
  • Lowest resin consumption of any bulker mat
  • Applicable for print blocking in open molded products
  • 2 - 4mm thick
Coremat®Xi
Coremat® Xi is made with a styrene dissolvable binder and has a blue resin indicator.  Because the binder dissolves in styrene containing resin it is very easily applicable into sharp corners.

  • Allows to be applied in sharp corners
  • 1.4 - 5mm thick
Soric® XF Soric® XF has larger hexagons and relatively large resin flow channels.
  • Extra fast resin flow between lager hexagon foam cells
  • Allows for quick infusion of laminates
  • Availabel in 1.5, 2 - 6 and 10mm thickness
Soric® SF Soric® SF contains fine hexagon foam cells that don't absorb any resin.  The channels between the cells allow for the resin to flow.
  • Regular resin flow between small hexagon foam cells
  • Applicable in relatively sharp corners
  • Available in 2 and 3mm thickness
Soric® TF Soric® TF is a print blocking material preventing shrinkage marks from other laminate layers to telegraph through.
  • TF (Top Finish) is designed for ultimate aesthetic performance
  • Absorbs shrinkage patterns caused by curing resin
  • Can be applied in sharp corners
  • Available in 1.5, 2 and 3mm thickness
Urethane Foam
Rigid Urethane Foam BF-34 Polyurethane Foam is a flame retarded rigid cellular blended polyol with an M1 blowing agent. Polyurethane Foam provides a thermal barrier in hot and cold applications, it also provides sound and buoyancy improvements in Marine, Transport, Insulation, Storage and Construction applications. This product comes in sheet, block or liquid form.
Light Weight Polypropolene Sheet
Polycore Honeycomb Polycore honeycomb sheet is manufactured from Polypropylene plastic to form a rigid lightweight core sheet with a bonding scrim on both sides.  The product is easy to machine and handle.  Honeycomb sheet is designed for marine, transport and construction applications.
PVC Closed Cell Foam
Divinycell H Series PVC Foam This unique PVC formulation yields impressive mechanical performance to a low weight. Divinycell H has a proven track record in virtually every application area where sandwich composites are employed, including marine (leisure, military and commercial), land transportation, wind energy, civil engineering/infrastructure and general industrial markets. Divinycell H is ideal for applications subject to fatigue, slamming or impact loads. Other key features include excellent adhesion/peel strength, excellent chemical resistance, low water absorption and good thermal/acoustic insulation. It is compatible with virtually all commonly used resin and manufacturing methods.
Divinycell P Series PET Foam Divinycell P is a thermoplastic closed-cell PET structural core with good fire, smoke and toxicity (FST) behaviour, offering good mechanical properties, high chemical resistance and does not absorb water. This core is ideal but not limited to applications requiring demanding FST properties such as public transport, architecture or commercial marine. Due to its good dimensional stability at elevated temperatures, Divinycell P can be processed with low-medium temperature pre-preg systems and it is compatible with the most commonly used resin and manufacturing systems. It is easy to thermoform, cut or mill.
