BPO Curing: Benzoyl Peroxide (BPO) can be used as an initiator for thermoset resins, including vinyl esters, as an alternative to methyl ethyl ketone peroside (MEKP).

Typical markets include chemical anchors/bolts, corrosion applications and automotive putties.

Ambient Temperature Catalyst
Curox M-100 This ketone peroxide is used mainly as an initiator (radical source) in the curing of unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester resins.
Curox M-200/NR20 This ketone peroxide is used mainly as an initiator (radical source) in the curing of unsaturated polyester resins.
Curox M-340 This ketone peroxide is used mainly as an initiator (radical Ambient cure) in the curing of gelcoats and unsaturated polyester resins.
Norox CHM-50 Norox CHM-50 is a liquid polymerization initiator for the room temperature cure of vinyl ester resins that require a reduced peak exotherm.
Norox MEKP-9 Norox MEKP-9 is a methyl ethyl ketone peroxide in phlegmatiser for the curing of unsaturated polyester resins at ambient termperature in combination with cobalt accelerators. Norox MEKP-9 gives consistent room temperature performance with both resins and gelcoats.
Norox MEKP-925H Norox NEKP-925H is specifically formulated to reduce gas generation in critical corrosion applications for vinyl ester resins in gelcoats, barrier coatings and corrosion resistant structures.
Butanox M-50 Butanox M-50 is a general purpose methyl ethyl ketone peroxide (MEKP) for the curing of unsaturated polyester resins in the presence of a cobalt accelerator at room and elevated temperatures.
Butanox M-60 Butanox M-60 is a 10% higher concentrated version of Butanox M-50.
Speciality Catalyst
Curox A-390 This ketone peroxide is used as an initiator (radical source) in the curing of unsaturated polyester resins.  Main aplication: curing filament winded parts at ambient and elevated temperature in combination with cobalt accelerators.
Norox CHP-90 Norox CHP-90 is an economical free-radical initiator for unsaturated polyester resins, vinyl monomers and styrenation of oils and alkyds.  Norox CHP-90 may be used singly or in combination with other peroxides in both ambient and elevated temperature processes.
BPO Catalyst
Benox B50 513 Red Benox B50-513 is a red pigmented 50% dibenzoyl peroxide paste.  This product is the most popular in the B-50 line of creamy non-separating paste formulations.
Benox B55 107 Benox B55-107 is a basic white paste form of 55% dibenzoyl peroxide formulated primarily for use in the mine bolt industry and other industries which require a product that can be further diluted prior to use. 
Benox L-40LV Benox L-40LV is a low viscosity, sprayable dispersion of dibenzoyl peroxide.  Benox L-40LV is specifically designed for use in 'curing' unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester resins.
