SETYRENE™ 23-3319

SETYRENE 23-3319 is the low HAPs containing high solids version of SETYRENE 23-3317 styrene acrylic modified copolymer alkyd. This resin possesses the very desirable properties of good set / dry speed with high gloss and good general film performance. Improved flexibility may be attained via modification with Paraplex G-31 at the level of 5 to 7% on resin non-volatile. SETYRENE 23-3319 will allow formulation of 3.5 lb/gal / 420 g/l VOC coatings.
