Brussels, January 11, 2017 - allnex announced today that it will implement a price increase based on raw material developments on all amino crosslinking resins in Europe, Middle East and Africa; Depending on the grade and the product family, the price will be increased up to 0.20 €/kg.
The announced changes will be applicable on all shipments as of February 1st, 2017, or as contracts allow. This price increase is necessary to compensate for the increase of methanol and other key raw materials.
allnex is also raising the prices of all phenolic resins on a global basis, in order to compensate increases of key raw material prices. Depending on the grade and the product family, the price for the PHENODUR® products will be increased up to 0.15 €/kg and up to 0.20 €/kg for all other phenolic resins.
The increase will be applicable on all shipments as of February 1st, 2017, or as contracts allow.
