EBECRYL® 1608

EBECRYL® 1608 is a diacrylate ester of bisphenol A epoxy resin diluted with 15% of oligotriacrylate (OTA 480). This resin is characterized by its low odour, light colour, low irritancy and very fast cure response. Formulated UV/EB curable products containing EBECRYL® 1608 may be applied by lithographic, screen, gravure, direct or reverse roll, and curtain coating methods.\n\nEBECRYL® 1608 is recommended for use in: overprint varnishes, lithographic and screen inks and varnishes, coatings on wood, cardboard, chipboard, paper and rigid plastics, paper upgrading, and coatings where low residual odour is required.
