allnex expands Global Business Services with New Center in Guadalajara, Mexico

Frankfurt, February 26, 2025 – allnex, a leading global manufacturer and solution provider of specialty polymers and additives for industrial coatings, composites and other applications, is expanding its Global Business Services (GBS) network with the establishment of a new GBS center in Guadalajara, Mexico. This center will complement existing hubs in Riga, Latvia, and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
 
As part of this transition, the support for the Americas region, which has been provided by our colleagues in Riga, Latvia, will be gradually transferred to the new center in Mexico. This means that around 50 positions in Riga will be impacted.
 
allnex is fully committed to supporting our colleagues in Riga throughout this process. We will work closely with affected employees to ensure a smooth transition and provide the necessary support and assistance. All options to retain our employees will be explored.
 
Set to be operational by the end of 2025, the GBS center in Mexico will enhance service delivery, streamline operations, and further align with the time zones of key markets in the region. By establishing a closer presence to customers in the Americas, allnex aims to further improve service efficiency and responsiveness to meet their evolving needs.
