CYMEL® 1161

CYMEL® 1161 resin is a highly monomeric, methylated/ iso-butylated melamine crosslinker with a high degree of alkylation. Its high monomer content allows for the formulation of high solids coatings with excellent appearance, recoat adhesion, and flexibility. It is especially recommended for automotive topcoats, general metal finishes, and coil coatings.
