EBECRYL® 160 BC

EBECRYL® 160 BC is a reactive diluent commonly used in ultraviolet light (UV) and electron beam (EB) energy curable coatings and inks. It can be used to impart crosslinking to energy curable coatings and inks while maintaining a degree of flexibility and toughness. Of the common triacrylate diluents used in energy curable formulations, EBECRYL® 160 BC exhibits the highest reactivity and the greatest viscosity reduction of oligomers.\n\nEBECRYL® 160 BC is a reactive diluent compatible with a wide range of acrylated resins used in UV/EB curing applications. Hardness, abrasion resistance, and high gloss properties make EBECRYL®160 BC popular for overprint varnishes, inks, coatings and electronic applications such as photoresists.
