allnex Advisory Committee Appoints Anish K. Taneja as New CEO Effective January 2026

  • Anish K. Taneja appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of allnex, effective January 1, 2026
  • Duncan Taylor to continue as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) after serving as CEO ad interim
  • Marks a new chapter in allnex’s journey of innovation, sustainability, and global growth
 
Anish K. Taneja will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective January 1, 2026.
 
Anish brings more than 25 years of international leadership experience across strategy, business development, and organizational transformation. He will be joining from Johnson Matthey PLC where he currently serves as the CEO of Clean Air & Hydrogen Technologies and Chair of the Group Commercial Council. Before that Anish served as the President and CEO of Europe North at Michelin and has also held international leadership roles at Sixt SE, Enterprise and Lufthansa Group. Anish is also a board member of the German Association of the Automotive Industry and has served as the President of the German Rubber Industry Association and as a Board member of Hydrogen Europe.

Anish will succeed Duncan Taylor, who will serve as CEO ad interim until December 31st 2025 on top of his role as CFO.
 
During the transition, Duncan’s guidance has been instrumental in maintaining operational stability and performance. His excellent knowledge of allnex, built over many years with the company, has enabled him to initiate and drive major improvement initiatives in his tenure as interim CEO.
