Alpharetta, Georgia – September 15, 2017 - Due to the rapid increase in raw material costs, we will implement a surcharge across the entire portfolio of Powder Coating Resins, CRYLCOAT©, ADDITOL©, MODAFLOW©, and BECKOPOX© products, sold in the Americas. The surcharge will range from $0,04/lb to $0,07/lb, effective for shipments after September 30, 2017, or as contracts allow. The surcharge will be reviewed monthly and updates will be communicated through your account manager.
Costs have continued to increase throughout the year. Additionally, hurricane Harvey has resulted in immediate and significant increases in the costs of feedstocks, raw materials and freight as well as supply/demand imbalances that are adversely impacting raw material availability and costs, both of which we expect to continue for the foreseeable future. Our team is working diligently to keep allnex in a position to fulfill orders while mitigating as much of the cost impact as possible.
